There is no cost. Feed your player beforehand or send a snack if you think they might get hungry.
We will get to know each other from 5:30-6pm. Then we have the cage from 6-7pm.
Tomorrow's practice is now listed on the website. For rec, coaches rely on the commissioner to add team practices and games. He is working on the season schedule and will upload more once everything has come together.
